Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 of scheduled delivery will be charged 50% of the full reservation amount. All other circumstances are subject to a full refund. There is a 3 day miniumum for deliveries. All equipment may be picked up at the store with the exception of cribs & toddler beds.

Credit Card Charges: All orders will be processed on the Thursday or Friday the week prior to your delivery.

Late pick up requests: Renters requesting a late pickup (after 3:00 p.m. will be subject to a full day charge.
