紅衛農場(chang)三項措施學習貫(guan)徹(che)集團黨委(wei)(擴大)會(hui)議精神

一是(shi)強(qiang)化學習宣傳(chuan)。農場領導(dao)班子、中層(ceng)干部(bu)、黨(dang)員(yuan)代(dai)表召開(kai)黨(dang)委(wei)理論中心(xin)組專題研(yan)討(tao)交流擴大(da)學(xue)習(xi)會(hui)(hui)(hui)議,認真(zhen)學(xue)習(xi)領會(hui)(hui)(hui)王守聰(cong)書(shu)記(ji)在會(hui)(hui)(hui)議上的講話精神(shen),圍繞十個(ge)方(fang)面(mian)意見,深(shen)入(ru)反思查擺問題和不足(zu),認真(zhen)制(zhi)定(ding)整改措施。同時利(li)用基層(ceng)民主管理大(da)會(hui)(hui)(hui)契機,組織廣(guang)大(da)黨(dang)員(yuan)、職工(gong)代(dai)表原(yuan)原(yuan)本本學(xue)習(xi)講話精神(shen),確保(bao)(bao)學(xue)深(shen)學(xue)透、學(xue)懂弄通。二是推動(dong)責任落實(shi)。召開(kai)專題工(gong)作(zuo)會(hui)(hui)(hui)議,圍繞集團黨(dang)委(wei)(擴大(da))會(hui)(hui)(hui)議精神(shen),認真(zhen)總結(jie)2020年(nian)工(gong)作(zuo),全面(mian)查找工(gong)作(zuo)短板,研(yan)究制(zhi)定(ding)具有操作(zuo)性(xing)實(shi)效性(xing)的工(gong)作(zuo)方(fang)案。統(tong)籌“1213”高質量發(fa)展(zhan)工(gong)程體(ti)系,加(jia)快建設現代(dai)農業大(da)基地、大(da)企業、大(da)產業,努力(li)建成農業領域航母(mu)。三是營造濃厚(hou)氛圍。開(kai)展(zhan)專題宣(xuan)講,領導(dao)班子、中層(ceng)干部(bu)實(shi)行包(bao)保(bao)(bao)分工(gong),下管理區(qu)、進社(she)區(qu)、到(dao)場直單位,集中宣(xuan)傳會(hui)(hui)(hui)議精神(shen),解答思想疑(yi)惑,征求意見建議。同時利(li)用電視、網(wang)站、微信公眾平臺等陣地,及時展(zhan)播集團黨(dang)委(wei)(擴大(da))會(hui)(hui)(hui)議相關工(gong)作(zuo)動(dong)態,借(jie)助全媒體(ti)平臺,擴大(da)學(xue)習(xi)宣(xuan)傳覆蓋面(mian),增強影(ying)響(xiang)力(li)和傳播力(li)。(紅衛農場 劉(liu)鵬飛)

七星農場掀起學習貫(guan)徹集團黨委(擴大)會議精神熱潮    為全(quan)(quan)面深(shen)入學(xue)(xue)習(xi)貫(guan)徹集團黨(dang)委(擴(kuo)大(da))會(hui)議精(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen),做(zuo)到學(xue)(xue)深(shen)悟透做(zuo)實,確保(bao)(bao)會(hui)議精(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen)深(shen)入人心(xin),農(nong)場(chang)及時召開黨(dang)委會(hui)議,進一(yi)(yi)步學(xue)(xue)習(xi)領會(hui)王(wang)守聰書記(ji)(ji)(ji)的講話精(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen),就會(hui)議精(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen)如何在(zai)黨(dang)員干(gan)部中傳(chuan)達(da)(da)貫(guan)徹進行了討論(lun)、布置。并(bing)召開全(quan)(quan)場(chang)中層以上干(gan)部大(da)會(hui),傳(chuan)達(da)(da)了會(hui)議主要精(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen),結合(he)全(quan)(quan)年重點工(gong)作,對進一(yi)(yi)步貫(guan)徹落(luo)實會(hui)議精(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen)進行了全(quan)(quan)面部署。同時,要求(qiu)(qiu)各(ge)級黨(dang)組織將學(xue)(xue)習(xi)會(hui)議精(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen)與理論(lun)中心(xin)組學(xue)(xue)習(xi)、“三(san)會(hui)一(yi)(yi)課”、主題黨(dang)日、書記(ji)(ji)(ji)講黨(dang)課等學(xue)(xue)習(xi)活動相結合(he),堅持在(zai)精(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen)實質、豐富內涵、融(rong)會(hui)貫(guan)通上下功夫,要求(qiu)(qiu)黨(dang)員認(ren)真(zhen)記(ji)(ji)(ji)好學(xue)(xue)習(xi)筆(bi)記(ji)(ji)(ji)并(bing)撰寫心(xin)得體會(hui),確保(bao)(bao)做(zuo)到真(zhen)學(xue)(xue)真(zhen)懂、學(xue)(xue)有所獲、學(xue)(xue)有所用(yong)。農(nong)場(chang)還通過“兩微一(yi)(yi)網”等平臺(tai)對會(hui)議精(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen)進行全(quan)(quan)方(fang)位宣(xuan)傳(chuan),引導廣大(da)干(gan)部職工(gong)通過網絡學(xue)(xue)、手機學(xue)(xue)的方(fang)式,持續傳遞學習熱潮,把思想(xiang)統(tong)一到(dao)精(jing)神實(shi)質上(shang)來,把力量凝聚到(dao)實(shi)現任務目標上(shang)來,做到(dao)思想(xiang)上(shang)更(geng)(geng)加重視、行動上(shang)更(geng)(geng)加自(zi)覺、措施(shi)上(shang)更(geng)(geng)加有(you)力,用真抓實(shi)干推動會議精(jing)神落地生根。(七星農(nong)場(chang) 王云(yun)朋)

前(qian)進農場多舉措貫徹(che)落實集團黨委(擴(kuo)大)會議(yi)精神  一是激發農業發展新動能(neng)。向品種、品質、品牌、特色要效益,引導種植戶種植長粒、糯稻等特色品種占總面積的50%。實施農業生態保護工程,注重耕地保護,走產出高效、產品安全、資源節約、環境友好的農業現代化道路。2021年,農場計劃投入1.8億元,完成12萬畝高標準農田建設,配套修繕機耕路325公里,育秧基地設施配套25處,建設水泥曬場13.3萬平方米。二是提升經濟增長新勢能。計劃建設20萬噸糧食倉儲加工項目,適時收購預期回報高的企業,壯大農場加工和營銷能力。建立營銷指揮部和例會制度、考核制度,完善管理體制和運行機制,切實把各項營銷措施落到實處。大力推廣“企業+農戶”“基地直供”“互聯網+實體”等訂單種植經營模式,促進實體經濟與網絡經濟相融(rong)合(he)。三是營造加快發展新氛圍。完善現代企業制度,明晰產權關系,健全法人治理結構,不斷提高內部管理水平和市場競爭力。積極培育新型農業經營主體,發展股份制、公司制等農業經營形式,既要防止土地碎片化,又要防止土地過度集中。加大各類欠款回收及存貨變現力度,有效化解債務,提高經濟運行質量。(前進農場  梁興林)

大興農場學習貫徹(che)落實集團黨(dang)委(擴大)會議精神  一是班子(zi)帶頭,先學(xue)一步。農(nong)場(chang)黨(dang)委(wei)第(di)一時間制定學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)計劃、下發學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)通知(zhi),黨(dang)委(wei)班(ban)子以上率下,通過理論學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)中心(xin)組學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi),原文(wen)傳達王守聰書記工(gong)作報告,迅(xun)速在全場(chang)掀起學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)熱潮。二是(shi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)上線(xian)(xian)(xian)下,深學(xue)(xue)一層。各級黨(dang)組織通過開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)集(ji)中學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)、座談研討以及“云”課堂、專題宣傳等(deng)活動,實現“線(xian)(xian)(xian)上+線(xian)(xian)(xian)下”學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)宣傳全覆蓋,引(yin)導黨(dang)員干部在學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)中悟思(si)想(xiang)、談體會(hui)(hui)、謀未來,凝聚起推動高(gao)質量發展(zhan)的強大(da)動力。目前,全場(chang)共開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)各類學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)研討40余次。三是(shi)融會(hui)(hui)貫通,用到(dao)一線(xian)(xian)(xian)。農(nong)場(chang)深入貫徹會(hui)(hui)議精神,切實把開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)與推動農(nong)業(ye)生產、企業(ye)發展(zhan)等(deng)工(gong)作深度(du)融合,加大(da)現代農(nong)業(ye)科技推廣力度(du),積極開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)變(bian)量側深施肥、暗(an)室疊盤等(deng)10余項(xiang)先進科學(xue)(xue)技術應(ying)用,加快各項(xiang)科技成(cheng)果轉化(hua),為助力墾區建成(cheng)農(nong)業(ye)領域航(hang)母貢獻力量(大興農場  梁士超(chao))

勝利農(nong)場(chang)(chang)多舉(ju)措搶(qiang)抓(zhua)備(bei)耕生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)主動(dong)(dong)權    一(yi)是(shi)(shi)迅(xun)速行(xing)動(dong)(dong)備(bei)春(chun)(chun)耕。農(nong)場(chang)(chang)第一(yi)時(shi)間召(zhao)開當前(qian)(qian)重點工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)會議,對疫情(qing)防控、生(sheng)(sheng)資準備(bei)、清雪(xue)扣棚、農(nong)業(ye)貸款(kuan)、承包費(fei)收繳(jiao)等工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進行(xing)了細(xi)致布置,使各管理區進一(yi)步明確當前(qian)(qian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)重點,將疫情(qing)防控工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與備(bei)耕生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)抓(zhua)在手(shou)上,同(tong)部署、同(tong)落實(shi)(shi)。各管理區第一(yi)時(shi)間動(dong)(dong)員種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植(zhi)戶,鼓勵種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植(zhi)戶采取共享機(ji)車(che)、搭(da)伙(huo)清雪(xue)的(de)方(fang)式統(tong)籌(chou)協調(diao)人力與機(ji)車(che),全(quan)力做好7500余(yu)(yu)棟大(da)棚的(de)清雪(xue)扣棚工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),充(chong)分(fen)打好各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)時(shi)間差(cha),為(wei)后續春(chun)(chun)季農(nong)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)有(you)序(xu)開展(zhan)打好基礎。二是(shi)(shi)調(diao)優結構闖市場(chang)(chang)。與墾豐種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)業(ye)完成(cheng)對接,今年計劃總播(bo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)面(mian)積71萬畝,以(yi)龍粳31、龍粳57、德(de)美亞1號(hao)(hao)、克山1號(hao)(hao)等品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)為(wei)主,搭(da)配種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植(zhi)利合(he)228、華菜(cai)豆2號(hao)(hao)等品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),示范(fan)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植(zhi)建航1715,實(shi)(shi)現水(shui)田統(tong)一(yi)供種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)2400噸,旱田統(tong)一(yi)供種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)800噸,用(yong)綠色、優質、高(gao)產(chan)(chan)、特色的(de)農(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)闖市場(chang)(chang)。目(mu)(mu)前(qian)(qian)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子已全(quan)部完成(cheng)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)。三是(shi)(shi)堅持‘三減(jian)’不(bu)動(dong)(dong)搖。推廣生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)有(you)機(ji)肥和(he)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)農(nong)藥,應用(yong)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)肥替代化(hua)肥技術。提(ti)前(qian)(qian)謀劃、提(ti)前(qian)(qian)訂購、提(ti)前(qian)(qian)動(dong)(dong)手(shou)加工(gong)(gong)(gong),防止生(sheng)(sheng)資加工(gong)(gong)(gong)和(he)運輸(shu)受(shou)到疫情(qing)影響。與龍旺(wang)水(shui)稻專業(ye)合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)社配方(fang)肥廠合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),通過統(tong)一(yi)大(da)宗采購拉低價格,讓(rang)農(nong)戶得實(shi)(shi)惠,節約生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)成(cheng)本。目(mu)(mu)前(qian)(qian)三大(da)肥已到貨4696噸,生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)有(you)機(ji)肥到貨3250余(yu)(yu)噸,為(wei)春(chun)(chun)季各項生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)穩步開展(zhan)夯(hang)實(shi)(shi)了基礎。

二道(dao)河農(nong)場(chang)成立四(si)個組織機構保障(zhang)春耕生(sheng)產    一(yi)是(shi)成立(li)保障(zhang)(zhang)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)資(zi)供應(ying)組(zu)(zu)。農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)場(chang)以農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展部(bu)為(wei)牽頭單(dan)位建(jian)立(li)了糧(liang)食收儲中心、種業(ye)(ye)(ye)分(fen)公司、七個管(guan)(guan)理區(qu)物資(zi)訂購(gou)、運輸(shu)、配(pei)送體系,深(shen)入落實“雙控一(yi)服(fu)務”,積(ji)極組(zu)(zu)織訂購(gou)生產(chan)資(zi)料。目前,公司計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)面積(ji)耕(geng)地已超額完成肥料采購(gou)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)。二是(shi)成立(li)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)復產(chan)復工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)(zu)。管(guan)(guan)理區(qu)為(wei)保障(zhang)(zhang)生產(chan)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),重(zhong)點解決疫情防控延續期間可能(neng)造成農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生產(chan)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難問題。提(ti)早制定異(yi)地用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua),通過微信雇(gu)主與長(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、短工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)立(li)聯(lian)系,談(tan)好價錢(qian)和(he)返場(chang)時(shi)間,并由(you)管(guan)(guan)理區(qu)進行監管(guan)(guan),避免了“用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)荒”和(he)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)高(gao)價。同時(shi),堅決避免從(cong)中高(gao)風險地區(qu)雇(gu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。三(san)是(shi)成立(li)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)服(fu)務指導(dao)組(zu)(zu)。農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展部(bu)利用(yong)抖音、電視(shi)、網絡、微信發布、OA辦(ban)公系統,及時(shi)開展在線(xian)培訓、在線(xian)指導(dao)、在線(xian)答(da)疑、在線(xian)宣傳(chuan),大力推廣“一(yi)控兩減(jian)”、旱平免提(ti)漿、側深(shen)施肥等(deng)成熟型技(ji)術(shu),為(wei)春播生產(chan)打下堅實基礎。四是(shi)成立(li)春耕(geng)資(zi)金(jin)保障(zhang)(zhang)組(zu)(zu)。由(you)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)財務部(bu)、合規(gui)風控部(bu)等(deng)部(bu)門組(zu)(zu)成的春耕(geng)資(zi)金(jin)保障(zhang)(zhang)組(zu)(zu),積(ji)極與涉(she)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)金(jin)融機構協調,探索數字(zi)化辦(ban)公,簡化貸(dai)款流程(cheng),優化放(fang)貸(dai)服(fu)務。通過手(shou)機APP,實現最(zui)大化減(jian)少人員流動、異(yi)地貸(dai)款、線(xian)上(shang)繳費。同時(shi),多渠(qu)道(dao)(dao)引導(dao)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)戶盡快銷售手(shou)中余糧(liang),變現有保障(zhang)(zhang)。(二道(dao)(dao)河(he)農(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)場(chang) 郝一(yi)健  李(li)紅波)
